Est. Dispatch Time. Unlike big-box retailers, we perform a final "Pre-Flight Check" on every camera. This window ensures your gear meets our strict standards before leaving Long Beach.
* NOTE: Dispatch and processing times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur during high-volume periods, as we will not compromise our testing protocols to rush an order.
// 02_WARRANTY_COVERAGE
All cameras come with a comprehensive 6-Month Warranty. If a functionality issue arises, we repair it. If we can't repair it, we replace it.
- > PRIORITY 1: REPAIR UNIT
- > PRIORITY 2: SWAP UNIT
- > PRIORITY 3: STORE CREDIT

Because we immediately begin testing and prepping your camera to meet our strict lab standards, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
In the rare event an exception is made to cancel an order, a 25% fee applies to cover labor hours and non-refundable transaction fees.
