Do I get my negatives back?
Always. Negatives are master files. We return them cut & sleeved or uncut per your request at checkout.
Turnaround time?
Standard queue is 1-3 business days once received at Long Beach HQ. Premium ECN-2 takes 3-5 days.
What if my roll is blank?
If your roll is blank, we refund the scanning portion of your order. You only pay for the chemistry used.
Nationwide mail-in?
Yes! We process rolls from all 50 states via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
