CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter the lab queue immediately. Cancellations are generally not accepted, but exceptions incur a fee to cover labor/transaction costs.
RETURNS
Technical failure? We'll make it right. Email us to initiate a repair order. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of label generation.
