Start by purchasing the diagnostic service. You'll receive a confirmation email with instructions.

- Print your order confirmation to include with camera
Send Us Your Camera
Pack your camera safely and ship it to our shop in Long Beach.
Use plenty of padding and a sturdy box. Include your order number, contact info, and a description of the issues you're experiencing.
- Wrap camera in bubble wrap or soft cloth
- Use a box with adequate padding on all sides
- Include note with order number and your contact info
- Describe any issues or symptoms you've noticed

We'll Diagnose Your Camera
Our technicians will thoroughly inspect and test your camera.
- Complete visual inspection for damage or wear
- Test all mechanical functions (shutter, advance, etc.)
- Check light seals, mirror, viewfinder
- Identify any electrical or electronic issues
- Typical turnaround: 7-10 business days

If you choose not to proceed with repairs, we'll ship your camera back as-is. The $60 diagnostic fee is non-refundable, but you'll have all the information about your camera's condition.
