Camera Repair Diagnostic
We don’t provide estimates for repairs until we disassemble the camera to determine the source of the issue. Some issues are easy to diagnose from the outside, but some require a fair amount of diagnostic time.
We charge a diagnostic fee for all repairs at the time of drop-off or before shipping your camera to us.
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email (please keep it for your records).
How It Works
1. Purchase the Diagnostic
Add this diagnostic service to your cart. In the order notes section, please let us know about the camera and the issue(s) you're experiencing, and then complete checkout.
2. Ship Your Camera to Us
Pack your camera carefully and include your order number inside the box.

3. We Inspect Your Camera
Once your camera arrives, our technicians will perform a full diagnostic and email you a summary of the issues and a repair estimate.
4. Approve the Estimate
You’ll review and approve the invoice before any work begins. If you choose not to proceed, you’ll only be charged the diagnostic fee.
5. Repair & Return
After approval and payment, we’ll complete the repair and ship your camera back, ready for its next roll.
