Film processing how it works
  • Select the film service you want, add the product to your cart, and checkout. During checkout, you can choose, if you want to pick up your negatives or have them shipped to you.

  • The email address used to complete your order is where we send the WeTransfer link to download your images.

  • After you've completed your order you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number.

  • Please have your order number ready when dropping off your film in-store. If sending us film please include your order number.

  • We recommend sending your film to us in a secure padded envelope. If you use a paper envelope you risk the package tearing or getting damaged in transit, which could result in lost film.

Film Scans and Negatives
  • After we receive your film our in-house turnaround time is usually the next day after receiving your film.

  • Once we have processed and scanned your film we send you an email with a WeTransfer link to download your images.

  • Please check your spam folder before reaching out to us regarding not receiving your scans as our WeTransfer links sometimes end up in Junk/Spam folders.

  • After your film has been scanned you’ll receive an email letting you know your negatives are ready for pick up or an email saying your negatives have been shipped.
